Shipping policy

All orders fulfilled from inventory are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note: some partner products may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer, these may take longer to ship.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 47500 US Highway 41, Houghton, MI. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up at our front desk within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM-12PM and 1PM-4PM, Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email or Photo ID.

International Shipping

We currently only offer international shipping to Canada. Please note that import duties and taxes may be due upon delivery.
