At Redridge Industries, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
  • Return Authorization Required: Before returning any item, you must obtain a return authorization (RA) number from our customer support team. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Please contact sales@redridge.industries or call (906) 523-7575.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

  • Items deemed defective or damaged may be eligible for an exchange within the 30-day return period. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as Redridge Industries is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
